BASIN AREA and COLOUR ROOM. includes Towels and capes Bowels, tint brushes, scales

KITCHEN AREA. Includes Washing machine Dryer Tea, coffee etc….. Coffee Machine Fridge

BATHROOM inside the salon for clients use as well.

OUT THE BACK PARKING. Plenty of room behind out the back cafe. Well lit up at night. Back door entry into the salon.

PLENTY OF WALK-BY TRAFFIC.

Weekly rent will include - chair hire, power, water
