I always look forward to seeing my long standing, loyal patients, as it’s like a catch up and they KNOW me; They like my work and values… which is why they keep coming back… And I LIKE them so I keep accommodating them (even last min bookings!) .. But when a new patient books in - believe it or not, I always feel a little apprehensive.

THEY may feel they know me as they’ve followed me on Instagram for a while or been recommended by another patient or someone who knows me…but I have no idea what they will be like!!

They’ve chosen me… but I don’t get to choose them!!…. But maybe I do? - Because with the vibe I give out, I’m attracting my patients - those whose values align with mine, those who want to look fresh but not fake, those who believe in skinvestment ☺️

So I definitely believe in the saying
‘Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe!’

So it’s been 1 year since I left my job as a Dentist to focus solely on Aesthetics!!…and I can’t believe how fast the year has flown but also how much I’ve enjoyed it! ☺️ - I feel I’ve grown soo much, both professionally and personally and so grateful to have had the opportunity and make the decision to follow my dreams and my PASSION! ❤️🙏🏼

Instagram vs Reality

In reality, there’s no hiding from the mess in the background at the moment! 🙈

Literally everything is crammed into this one room which is the only room not being renovated in our home…but as grateful as I am for this space, (which is currently serving as our living room, kitchen, wfh space, kids study area and play area!) I am looking forward to the completion of the works in the home and also my new clinic which I can’t wait to be in! ☺️

May is Skin Cancer and Melanoma Awareness Month.

Sharing some content from and to share knowledge and bring about awareness of Melanoma, which is a completely treatable if detected early.

Skin cancer can be vastly prevented by wearing SPF 30 or above, re-applying every 2 hours when out and about and having regular skin checks especially if you have a mole and a family history or skin cancer.

Saying farewell to NHS Dentistry 👋

A decision which has been in the making for some time, whilst I have been juggling dentistry, facial aesthetic & skincare clinics and my home life.

It’s the end of a chapter and a mix of emotions as I have been at my current practice for 9 years, but as my small business has been steadily growing - thanks to the continued support of my patients, family and all of you who follow me on here - it now feels like the right time to leave my dental position and embark on this new chapter, where I can solely focus on the one career I absolutely love - facial aesthetics and skincare 🥰

I will be opening more sessions .dental.studio for all my aesthetic patients there, and ofcourse have more availability for my patients at , some of whom have been with me from the very start, 11 years ago! ❤️

I will forever be grateful to Dentistry, the NHS, my colleagues and for all I have learnt since graduating in 2008 ❤️🙏🏼
