🤓 .hair breaks down a root 𝘔𝘌𝘓𝘛, 𝘚𝘔𝘜𝘋𝘎𝘌 & 𝘚𝘏𝘈𝘋𝘖𝘞 ⬇️

Out of the three, I take my root melts down the furthest. These are best suited for super rooted blondes or balayage clients.

𝘙𝘰𝘰𝘵 𝘚𝘮𝘶𝘥𝘨𝘦
I tend to do a root smudge on those clients that still like to be really blonde, but don’t like the maintenance of traditional highlights. I like to take this down about an inch, an only half an inch on the face framing to maintain brightness.

𝘙𝘰𝘰𝘵 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘥𝘰𝘸
Finally, my favourite! Root shadows or root taps are the perfect way to soften your clients highlights and make for an easier regrowth. I like to take this down half an inch max, to create the tiniest little shadow. This will leave your clients feeling super bright and seamless like a natural blonde! 😉
